Our customers can feel comfortable in knowing their personal information is strictly confidential. It is a Yahoo Store rule as well as a RuffleBottoms.com store rule that our customer's information would never be shared with any other retail or public establishment. **Please email us first at Rufflebottms@yahoo.com for a price including shipping on the items you wish to receive OR you may print out an order form on our site showing products and shipping costs and send it to us along with your name, address, telephone number and email address.

ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER:

You will receive a confirmation via email. Orders receive a tracking number via email when the order is shipped. Our orders are shipped using UPS and USPS.

TAX INFORMATION:

New York State residents pay sales tax on all items with in our store. All other US residents DO NOT pay sales tax(unless otherwise specified).

SHIPPING INFO:

Most of our merchandise is in stock at all times. Due to the high popularity of some of our items, at times, these items can become backordered. In the event that an item is backordered due to manufacturer's production delays or high consumer demand, the approximate delivery time of that item will be emailed to you as soon as possible. We usually ship most of our items 1-3 days after we receive an order. *Some Comforter sets, Mobiles, Wallborders, Room Decor Items, Specialty Items and Wallhangings are shipped 4-6 weeks after we receive the order. **See specific item for more info.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please allow an additional 30 days for international orders. Although some of our international orders ship in less than 30 days the additional time is needed for credit card verification and shipping and handling time.

COST OF SHIPPING:

For shipments within the continental USA, the price of shipping is based on UPS ground residential rates. For all other countries there is a $30 fee for shipping (more shipping may apply for heavier itemsa nd multiple items).

SPECIALTY ITEMS: For the convenience of our customers we do offer some hard to find specialty items mostly in our toy line. Please allow additional time for these items to ship,(up to 4 weeks in most cases)as they are not regular stocked items.

HOLIDAY SEASON: Please allow an ample amount of time when ordering specialty products, or any products for that matter, in the holiday season. Sometimes, items can be back ordered due to high demand and shipping can be delayed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If an order was not shipped and we receive an email indicating a customer wants to cancel their order we will cancel their order and their credit cards will not be charged. The only acception to this rule is with pageant dresses. Since pageant dresses are specialty dresses ordered on an individual basis for a customers individual needs, we will only accept cancellations up to 24 hours after an order is placed.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:

RuffleBottoms experienced purchasing department puts time and effort into choosing products that will meet the satisfaction of our customers. In the event you are not completely satisfied with a product of ours you can return the item to us as indicated in the guideline below: opened.

Formal wear/ Religious Attire can be returned for a full refund under the following conditions: 1. Rufflebottoms must be notified by email about a return request no later than 3 days after the item arrives to you. 2. The item must have the tags in tact and be in excellent condition. 3. Once we are emailed, a customer service rep will issue a return authorization number (RAN) that must be placed on the front of the package when returning the item to us. 4. The item must be received by us no later than 7 days after the RAN is given and meet the above guidelines. We will then be glad to offer a full refund for the item.

Children's Clothing, Baby gear and Bedding can be returned for a full refund under the following conditions: 1. Rufflebottoms must be notified by email about a return request no later than 14 days after the item arrives to you. 2. The item must have the tags in tact and be in excellent condition. 3. Once we are emailed, a customer service rep will issue a return authorization number (RAN) that must be placed on the front of the package when returning the item to us. 4. The item must be received by us no later than 21 days after the RAN is given and meet the above guidelines. We will then be glad to offer a full refund for the item.



EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

FORMAL ACCESSORIES:

Christening, Communion and Formal dress accessories including Bibs, Christening Shoes, Socks, Floral Head Pieces and Slips are final sale. No returns will be accepted.

COMFORTER SETS:

All comforter sets, toddler bedding returns/cancellations (once an item is shipped) are subjected to a 15% re-stocking fee. Only unopened and unused bedding will be accepted if received back to us within 14 days of delivery.

WALLPAPER BORDER:

Only unopened wallpaper border will be accepted for a return with a 15% restocking fee.

PAGEANT DRESSES:

We strongly suggest that our customers order pageant dresses at least 2-3 weeks before the date of their pageant to allow time for potential unforeseen dilemmas such as item unavailability or shipping delays. Although most of our dresses are available and arrive without delay, Rufflebottoms.com is by no means responsible for the cost of pageant tickets or entrance fees due to dresses being ordered without an ample amount of time to receive them. Returned pageant dresses are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

CUSTOM FLOWER GIRL DRESSES:

Due to customers requests we now offer a variety of custom made to order flower girl dresses. Our customers have the choice of style, color, size and length of the dresses. Please double check the size you will need before ordering. If need be, you can always email us and tell us the style dress you desire and your childs measurements and we will be glad to assist you in finding the perfect size for your child. If a custom made to order dress is returned unused their will be a 30% restocking fee. We do not take back worn dresses.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Gift certificates can be used for their face amount or applied towards larger purchases. Refunds will not be issued for unused amounts.
